Founding Story
How It All Started
While I was a Product and Growth lead at Google, I started advising startups as a way to connect with awesome founders and immerse myself in the exciting challenges they faced.
I loved helping a supremely talented individual pursue a goal about which they were unabashedly passionate about.
Their unwavering commitment and tireless pursuit were infectious and what started as something I did for fun became the only thing I wanted to do.
But even the most talented founders struggled to juggle product development and strategic planning with effective sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
This realization led to the founding of Blossomer. We wanted to ensure founders can focus on what they do best while ensuring they have the systems, tools, and support to deeply understand their customers and develop a predictable, repeatable process to acquire them.
